How do I choose between Medium and Large?
Use the size guide shown in the product images and match your knee measurement to the chart. Measure around the centre of the knee rather than relying only on your normal clothing size. When between sizes, choose the larger option for a more comfortable fit.
How tight should the support feel?
It should feel comfortably snug and supportive without restricting circulation. Loosen or remove it immediately if you notice numbness, tingling, unusual swelling or increased discomfort.
Can I wear it for walking, work or gentle exercise?
Yes. It is designed for everyday activities such as walking, shopping, household tasks, long periods on your feet and gentle exercise. It is not a substitute for medical assessment or rehabilitation.
How should I wash it?
Fasten the adjustable strap, gently hand-wash in cool water with mild detergent and allow it to air-dry fully. Avoid bleach, tumble drying and direct high heat.
